About The Author
A. Lang was a scorekeeper for a minor league team, scheduling work around tournaments and saving for college. Those days were all about baseball. Later it would be biochemistry and baseball, then medicine and baseball.
She graduated from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Dallas Southwestern Medical School and did her residency at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, where she spent years as a volunteer associate clinical professor. She is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist focused on spine, sports, and occupational injuries, and interventional pain management. Her lectures are always flavored with tidbits about baseball!
